Patient Payment Responsibilities
Patient payments, insurance deductibles, and insurance co-payments are due at the time the dental services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept in-state personal checks with proper I.D., bank debit charge cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Please remember that any remaining treatment balances after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance to your bill is kindly appreciated.

All Smiles Dental Membership Plans
It is not an insurance, It is an affordable membership plan option with predictable costs for patients without insurance, which means 100% of your preventive care has no out of pocket cost and a discount on all other services based on the plan selected. Plan cost start at $25.00 per month for children and $30.00 per month for adults. The plan is administered by Denvantage and has a one time individual or family small set up fee. Please call the office and the staff will gladly answer and questions you may have. This membership plan will save you money, even if all you need are your regular cleanings, x-rays, flouride varnish/gel treatments and exams!
At All Smiles Dental we offer small monthly payment plan options through CareCredit. Each payment option has its own programs that can be tailored to your payment wishes. Each program can even provide no-interest payment plans for select promotional periods of time with low minimum monthly payments. We make every effort at All Smiles Dental to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Please remember to provide insurance information on your patient forms and bring any other insurance information with you to the first visit. This will help us generate, complete, and submit all insurance forms to expedite reimbursement.

Dental Insurance Payment Policies
All Smiles Dental accepts insurance payments for all preventive treatment (i.e., all exams, digital X-rays, and basic cleanings) from most dental insurances without an estimation of insurance benefits. If a patient wants the insurance payment to go directly to All Smiles Dental and reduce the out-of-pocket payment at the time of service, an online evaluation by our administrative team or a pre-estimation of benefits is highly recommended.
An insurance estimate of benefits for the recommended dental treatment will help you to receive advance deductible and co-payment information prior to completing dental treatment.
It should be noted we will do our best to assist you with your insurance benefits. Ultimately, the patient or parent of a patient will need to keep track of when they have depleted their calender year maximum insurance benefit.
Delta Dental Insurance Plans
All Smiles Dental is currently maintaining it's contract relationship with Northeast Delta Dental. At this time we are NOT accepting any new patients with Northeast Delta Dental insurance, including Delta Dental P.P.O. plans and any other Delta Dental insurances. Current patients will see no changes with their Delta Dental insurances. Please contact the office if you should have any questions concerning Delta Dental insurance plans.
