Insurance Information

At All Smiles Dental we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please remember to provide insurance information on your patient forms and bring any other insurance information with you to the first visit. This will help us generate, complete and submit all insurance forms to expedite reimbursement. If you have any problems or questions about insurance, please ask our administrative staff for help. Dental Insurance Payment Policies

All Smiles Dental accepts insurance payments for all preventive treatment (i.e. all exams, digital x-rays, and basic cleanings) from most dental insurances without an estimation of insurance benefits. If a patient wants the insurance payment to go directly to All Smiles Dental and want to reduce the out of pocket payment at the time of services, an estimation of benefits is highly recommended. This insurance procedure will help the patient receive advance deductible and co-payment information prior to completing dental treatment.

Delta Dental Insurance Plans

All Smiles Dental has established a contract relationship with Northeast Delta Dental. We are now accepting new patients with Northeast Delta Dental insurance and most other Delta Dental Plans. Please contact the office for details.
